SHIPPING & RETURNS
Local Gold Coast Pick Up - All consumers using code 'LOCALGC' are entitled to free local collection of their purchased items. Collection must be within 3 days of purchase (not negotiable) and an allocated time is to be arranged with FLOW My Way. This can be arranged via email or direct message.
Please note we are a working family with day to day work and family commitments and are not available 24/7 for item collection hence why scheduled pick up is essential. Whilst we are flexible, we ask that you respect the nature of this small home based business and please arrive at your agreed upon time to collect your item. Address will be provided on the day of collection, prior to collection time.
We will wait an additional half an hour from agreed time before releasing the products back to the market and refunding your monies paid. If you are not able to commit to the 3 day collection policy, please refrain from using this code, and opt for paid shipping.
Within Australia - All items will be sent with Australia Standard Post. Flat rate shipping is available for all packages up to 5kg (Aus Wide). Express shipping can be arranged and will incur additional postage fees.
Packages are expected to be received within 7 business days, however this can vary subject to Australian public holidays & unforeseeable delays with Australia Post.
International - International shipping is available to New Zealand only. Should you wish to make a purchase from another country, please contact us and we can provide an individual quote and arrange for your country to be added to the shipping rates for your purchase.
Please note shipping is based on weight & standard Australia post shipping cost and will calculate automatically based on items in your cart. International shipping may vary from that advertised on our site.
Please note we cannot be held responsible for any additional customs charges or delays in international delivery times.
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before finalising your purchase. FLOW My Way will not be responsible for lost packages.
Should your tracked package show "delivered" but you cannot locate, please reach out to Australia Post. Should you be unsuccessful please advise us and we will do our best to contact them.
Return & Exchange Policy
If your purchase arrives damaged, we will replace your item upon return of the damaged goods. As each set is unique, we cannot guarantee the exact same set will be available in terms of colour/pattern. Therefore you can select a replacement of the same value and shape subject to availability.
Due to the nature of the items, Refunds & Returns will not be accepted for any other reason. However, should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 5 days of delivery via email so we can work together to rectify any concerns. *
